CIP (Continuous Improvement Program):
Monthly rewarding program to our employees to the best creative idea that can be implemented in the farm to improve it.
Literacy program:
3-phase program for adult education (read and write) for all employees in both farms.
Kids Education program:
Encouraging both farms’ employees entering their children to school by supporting them annually with school clothes and school stationery.
